SANCTUARY SOLUTIONS
Here's my solution to the sanctuary city (and soon state) and border wall controversies:
All ICE agents should be relocated outside sanctuary cities and ordered not to enter. If the city officials wish any "undocumented citizen" to be turned over to ICE, they can transport them to an ICE office outside their city limits.
The same is true of a sanctuary state. If California decides an "undocumented citizen" should be deported, they can deliver him/her to Arizona or Nevada for that purpose.
As for the border wall, since Governor Brown and Sacramento politicians say walls are offensive and ineffective, the California walls at San Diego and elsewhere should be unmanned by the Border Patrol and then dismantled at Federal expense.
States' rights, right?
